A large tent will be setup in the food court with tables setup under the tent.

The Northern Maine Fair will set bottled and canned soft drink and water prices for all vendors!

The Northern Maine Fair will operate its own concession booth in the Food Court, and
reserves the right to have exclusives on select food and drink items. These items tbd.

The Northern Maine Fair reserves the right to limit competitive food items.
FOOD VENDOR FEES:

$500.00 flat fee for all five days of the fair – August 5 – August 9, 2026
(Includes electricity)
Add $75.00 Electrician Fee to be hard wired into electrical panel

$30.00/day Campsite Fee (includes water, sewer hookup and electricity)
FAIR HOURS OF OPERATION:
- Wednesday, August 5th - 4PM to 9PM

Thursday, August 6th – 4PM to 9PM

Friday, August 7th – 4PM to 9PM
-
Saturday, August 8th – Noon to 10PM.

Sunday, August 9th – Noon to 6PM
All Food Vendors are required to:

- Provide Proof of Liability Insurance with this application!

- Procure all necessary State licenses and permits

- Report Sales Tax directly to the State of Maine

- NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO SET UP IF WE DO NOT HAVE YOUR INSURANCE CERTIFICATE!
