The Northern Maine Fair is an integral part of the community, as a showcase of Northern Maine and all that it produces. We offer individuals and business an exciting opportunity to be hands-on involved in events, shows, and attractions with which they will have a proud and fun connection!

After a very successful 2022, planning is well under way for this year’s 168th Northern Maine Agricultural Fair, August 3rd – 6th, 2023. This year’s fair will feature all of last year’s traditional favorites, along withseveral NEW events & improvements that are sure to please fair goers.
Why Sponsor?
Sponsorship offers an opportunity for people to connect – not just with brands to people, but people to people, and with their communities! The Northern Maine Fair has a tradition of treating each sponsor like a friend and building lasting relationships. We work hard for each sponsor to ensure the support you entrust us with, connects your business and your life to our fair-goer, and we want you to be excited about the event or attraction you are sponsoring. SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES – There are many ways you sponsor the fair. We have many opportunities to pick from in all price ranges, or we would be happy to meet and discuss a tailored sponsorship that meets your needs. Our Grand Champion Level Sponsorship, is a Title Level Sponsorship and gives your business the most recognition as a Co-Day and Co-Title Sponsor of the Fair. We encourage previous Day Sponsors and New Sponsors to consider this Title Level sponsorship.
SPONSOR PASSES - This year’s sponsor pass formula will be one (1) General Admission Day Pass for every $30.00 of sponsorship (rounded up). We will also offer a discount price so Sponsors may purchase additional day passes. Sponsors may purchase up to three hundred (300) General Admission Day Passes for just $7.00 each and may purchase any amount over three hundred (300+) for just $6.00 each. This is a great way to treat your employees or customers to a day at the Fair!
The Northern Maine Fair Board of Trustees is committed to following all State and CDC guidelines for Covid-19. We will continue to follow changes to these guidelines and make necessary adjustments as our plans change.
2023 SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:
GRAND CHAMPION & DAY Sponsorships $2,000+ this is an “ALL FAIR” Title Level Sponsorship.
1) 1 (one) General Admission Day Pass for every $30.00 of sponsorship.
2) Recognition as a Grand Champion Co-Day Sponsor and Co-Title Sponsor in all TV, Radio, print, and other
advertising throughout the Fair.
3) Your sign/banner, will be displayed throughout the Fair at the Mechanic Street gate fence for all four days of the fair.
(sponsor to provide the sign/banner - maximum size = 36" X 14')
4) Your sponsorship will be recognized over the intercom throughout the Fair.
5) Recognition as a Grand Champion Co-Day and Co-Title sponsor on northernmainefair.com website, with a link to
your website.
BLUE RIBBON Sponsorships $1,000-$1,999 receive:
1) 1 (one) General Admission Day Pass for every $30.00 of sponsorship.
2) Recognition as the Event Sponsor in all TV, Radio, and other advertising regarding that event.
3) Your sign/banner, will be displayed during the event and also at the Mechanic Street gate fence for all four days of
the fair. (sponsor to provide the sign/banner - maximum size = 30" X 12')
5) Your sponsorship will be recognized over the intercom during the event.
6) Recognition as a major sponsor on northernmainefair.com and a link to your website.
RED RIBBON Sponsorships $500-$999 receive:
1) 1 (one) General Admission Day Pass for every $30.00 of sponsorship.
2) Fair Website – identified as the event sponsor on northernmainefair.com
3) Recognition as the Event Sponsor in select TV, Radio, and other advertising regarding that event.
4) Your sign/banner, will be displayed during the event. (sponsor to provide the sign/banner - maximum size = 30" X 6’) 5) Your sponsorship will be recognized over the intercom during the event.
WHITE RIBBON Sponsorships $250-$499 receive
1) 1 (one) General Admission Day Pass for every $30.00 of sponsorship.
2) Recognition as the Event Sponsor in select TV, Radio, and other advertising regarding that event.
3) Your sign/banner, will be displayed during the event. (sponsor to provide the sign/banner - maximum size = 24" X 4’) 4) Your sponsorship will be recognized over the intercom during the event.
YELLOW RIBBON Sponsorships $100-$249 receive
1) 1 (one) General Admission Day Pass for every $30.00 of sponsorship.
2 Your sign/banner, will be displayed during the event. (sponsor to provide the sign/banner - maximum
size = 12" X 30”)
TROPHY Sponsorships $250.00 receive
1) 1 (one) General Admission Day Pass for every $30.00 of sponsorship.
